In 1976, when cash and material incentives became passé in the US and Europe, large corporate and medium-sized companies switched to motivating their sales teams or dealers by offering them a travel experience that would leave them enriched for a lifetime.
BTS broke new ground by introducing India to the west as the ultimate incentive travel destination with its palaces and monuments, stunning architecture, mouth-watering cuisine, and rich dance and music heritage.
The concept of Rajasthan’s palaces as backdrops for themed dinners for incentive groups was first suggested by BTS India. We began the Maharaja Welcome and Gala Nights tradition at the ITC Mughal, Agra, Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, apart from the Lake Palace in Udaipur. These have now become the most popular incentive and tourist destinations in India.
